Now, it’s really easy to figure out which pictures my fur burger is going to share on any given day (read: the most flattering to her curvy form), but it becomes difficult - when you walk around for 12-14 hours a day for 10 days straight - to remember the finer points and details of everything you saw. Unless you write it down.
We’re idiots.
And later in the trip, we took pictures of names and things to keep from the inevitable “google city hall wood relief mythology oslo” obnoxiousness. But at the time, we didn’t have the wherewithal (read: required snoozing or coffee intake replacement) to save ourselves the trouble.
So the google results are in: Dagfin Werenskjold/Werenskiold is the famed Norwegian painter and sculptor who created these masterpieces outside the Oslo City Hall. My fur burger was, of course, attracted to the nearest naked thing (if you didn’t know that by now). And no one was around to smack us for being hoodlums or anything!
Don’t worry, baby, we were gentle [getting that little muff back down].
